I appeared as a Republican strategist discussing Governor Chris Christie's Budget Address to the New Jersey State Legislature on Thursday, February 11, 2010, in which he announced various deep cuts in state expenditures in order to eliminate a two billion dollar budget deficit . Appearing with me was Democrat strategist Tony Bawidamann.
